Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed after payment is received. Because many of our items are specially sourced, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Order Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Item Orders
Items in the same order may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or high order volume.
